All payments made to ZeroDownHost are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Hosting plans (shared, VPS, dedicated)

• Domain registration and renewals

• Add-on services such as SSL certificates, backups, and upgrades

2. Service Cancellation

You may cancel any active service at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. However, cancellation does not qualify for a refund under any circumstance.

3. Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions are set to renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel in advance if you do not wish to continue.

4. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy. We do not offer refunds for unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with features.
